On October 18, at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, BoardWalk Consulting, Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, and Truist sponsored the 12th Annual Nonprofit Leadership Conference.
The theme for this year’s event, “Turbulence in the Talent Pool,” offered leadership techniques and solutions, along with particular guidelines for creating a diverse, multigenerational workplace. Panelists included Danita Knight, President & CEO of YWCA; Kwame Johnson, President & CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters; and Doug Ammar, Executive Director of the Georgia Justice Project.
