Alexandria Luttery

“Intention reassures people, but Impact keeps them going. At BoardWalk, we maximize our Impact, while also holding firm to our promises and intentions, sustaining relationships and networks for years to come.”

Alexandria (Alex) Luttery is a graduate from Bennington College, with a BA in Astronomy. She spent most of her college career managing the school’s Stickney Observatory and Astronomy Club. Due to her liberal arts education, Alex enjoys exploring many different topics outside of STEM, bringing a creative and forward-thinking approach to problems.
Since graduating, she is focusing on diversifying her portfolio and learning more about the world. After several years of volunteering with Hands-On-Atlanta, and some experience fundraising for Bennington, she decided to explore the nonprofit sector with Boardwalk Consulting. Since starting, she has been the project manager for searches like Union of Concerned Scientists, Children’s Museum of Atlanta, and Betty & Davis Fitzgerald Foundation.
She gravitates towards missions based in environmental justice, advocacy and opportunity building for at risk groups, and general improvement of communities.
Problem solving is her mission but engaging with and helping others is her passion. For this reason, Alex spends ample time language learning! She currently speaks intermediate Spanish, fluent Mandarin Chinese, and is learning ASL.
