With deep focus and determination we find leaders that are a perfect fit for our clients needs and aspirations.

As Senior Research Associate, Michelle Hall is focused on finding leaders who are a fit for the organization so they can make a difference on day one. Prior to joining BoardWalk, Michelle served for 11 years as Vice President and Dean at Oglethorpe University where she directed a large staff in support of a growing university that has earned numerous accolades for its academics and support of a diverse student body, community service, and first generation students.

She began her career with Peace Corps service in Senegal. She then spent almost three decades in higher education leadership where she focused on creating community, developing teams, and building lasting institutional success.

Michelle is an active volunteer and fundraiser for local nonprofits. She holds a BS in History from the University of the South (Sewanee) and an MS in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Memphis. She enjoys the outdoors with her husband, son, and the family dogs.
