Michelle Hall

With deep focus and determination we find leaders that are a perfect fit for our clients needs and aspirations.

As Senior Research Associate, Michelle Hall is focused on finding leaders who are a fit for the organization so they can make a difference on day one. Prior to joining BoardWalk, Michelle served for 11 years as Vice President for Campus Life at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta where she directed a staff of 60 in support of a growing university with enrollment of 1500. She began her career in the Peace Corps in Senegal and then spent almost three decades in higher education leadership where she focused on creating community, developing teams, and building lasting institutional success.

Michelle is an active volunteer and fundraiser for local nonprofits. She holds a BS in History from the University of the South (Sewanee) and an MS in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Memphis. She enjoys the outdoors with her husband (who serves as Assistant United States Attorney), young son, and the family dogs.
