BoardWalk Consulting Welcomes Lynn Rudisill as Recruiter, Broadening Recruitment Capacity and Nonprofit Leadership Expertise
BoardWalk Consulting, a national executive search firm exclusively focused on mission-critical nonprofit and foundation leadership, is proud to announce that Lynn Rudisill has joined the firm as a Recruitment and Research Consultant. Lynn brings a wealth of experience in executive search, supporting complex leadership transitions for nonprofits, as well as organizations in the healthcare, life science, and academic spaces.
Over the course of her 15+ years as an executive search consultant, she has filled over 100 leadership positions through strategic sourcing, building new candidate pipelines and accelerating placement timelines for sometimes stalled searches. Lynn has a track record of consistently recruiting a diverse pool of talent and exceeding client expectations.
Crystal Stephens, BoardWalk’s CEO and Managing Director, says, “She leads with curiosity, humility, and a genuine commitment to the mission-driven clients we serve. These are qualities that make her a natural fit for our team.”
Before joining this field, Lynn surpassed quotas and expectations in the medical sales and technical education fields for multiple Fortune 500 companies like Hologic, Quest Diagnostics, and Bristol Myers Squibb. In those roles, she engaged with a wide range of medical stakeholders, including physicians, surgeons, hospital executives, and other key decision-makers within the organizational structure. This has created the foundation for all her work, leading to a thoughtful, collaborative approach, with a genuine investment in client and candidate experience.
“I value the opportunity to support organizations whose work strengthens communities and improves lives,” she writes.
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Duquesne University. Based in Pennsylvania, Lynn enjoys spending time with family, friends, attending small-group, and exploring new places.
