On October 1st, 2002, Sam Pettway took a leap of faith. With no staff, a dream and a coffee maker, BoardWalk Consulting was born – helping organizations that do good find the leaders they need to advance their mission.

22 years and hundreds of leadership searches later, BoardWalk has stayed true to its roots and spends each day matching passion with purpose. As we continue to live our mission, we are delighted to announce new opportunities and to introduce recent BoardWalk placements, all poised to lead positive change for their organizations and the missions they serve.
