Terri is an accomplished executive search professional with over 30 years of experience in retained executive recruitment across domestic and international markets. Her comprehensive expertise spans all facets of senior-level talent acquisition for both nonprofit organizations and corporate entities across diverse industries.

Her distinguished career includes serving as a Senior Associate at a top global retained search firm specializing in executive recruitment across multiple sectors. Previously, Terri operated her own successful search practice, where she managed comprehensive recruitment cycles for a diverse client portfolio. Her executive search journey began as a Director of Research at The Consulting Group, a global boutique firm, where she led the research function and team while conducting searches focused on investment banking, real estate, and professional services.

Before transitioning to executive search, Terri held management, marketing, and operations positions in the wholesale travel industry, providing her with a valuable cross-sector perspective.

Terri holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute and completed coursework in International Law at New York University. She currently resides in Rhode Island with her husband and maintains an extensive collection of orchids and tropical plants. In her leisure time, she enjoys family activities, culinary pursuits, and exploring the world through travel.
