Diane Westmore, Senior Associate, offers our clients over 30 years of search experience recruiting President/CEO, Vice President and senior-level executives spanning all functional areas.
Diane joined BoardWalk after 12 years at Spencer Stuart, a global executive search and leadership consulting firm, where she partnered with a broad range of consultants working across multiple practices. She developed a reputation for finding creative solutions for some of the firm’s most challenging assignments on behalf of an eclectic mix of clients: academic medical centers, health systems, hospitals, medical group practices, nonprofits, research institutes, associations, and government agencies.
Before Spencer Stuart, Diane spent 15 years at Bowman & Associates, a boutique search firm specializing in venture-funded medical technology companies, leaving as a Vice President. She began her career in marketing at La Crosse Lutheran Hospital/Gunderson Clinic.
Diane is a native of Wisconsin and a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan. She received a B.S. in Marketing from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, during which she attended a nine-month international business and marketing program at the University of Copenhagen.
Diane escapes it all by vacationing on the coast of South Carolina with her large extended family. She has a passion for travel, gardening, swimming, and yoga.
