Diane joined BoardWalk after 12 years at Spencer Stuart, a global executive search and leadership consulting firm, where she partnered with a broad range of consultants working across multiple practices. She developed a reputation for finding creative solutions for some of the firm’s most challenging assignments on behalf of an eclectic mix of clients: academic medical centers, health systems, hospitals, medical group practices, nonprofits, research institutes, associations and government agencies.
Before Spencer Stuart, Diane spent 15 years at Bowman & Associates, a boutique search firm specializing in venture-funded medical technology companies, leaving as a Vice President. She began her career at La Crosse Lutheran Hospital/Gunderson Clinic in marketing.
Diane is a native of Wisconsin and a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan. She received a B.S. in Marketing from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, during which she attended a nine-month international business and marketing program at the University of Copenhagen.
After graduating, Diane moved to South Carolina where she fell in love with the low country and her husband, Greg. They relocated to Atlanta where he started a successful residential and commercial window distribution business.
A dedicated mom to a son and daughter, Diane enjoys being active in the community. She has served as a troop leader and fundraising chairperson for the Girls Scouts of Greater Atlanta and the Boy Scouts of Northeast Georgia, and a devoted PTSA member at Parkview High School. As Scholarship Committee Chair at PHS, Diane implemented a program to award 10 achievement and need-based scholarships to graduating seniors. For several years, she also served as Spencer Stuart’s Annual Campaign Coordinator for United Way of Atlanta.
Diane escapes it all by vacationing on the coast of South Carolina with her large extended family. She has a passion for travel, gardening, swimming and yoga.
