 For over fifteen years, Joan Schlachter (joan@boardwalkconsulting.com) has supported a variety of executive search clients with her tenacious research and commitment to excellence.
Joan spent over a decade as a senior researcher in the Atlanta and Philadelphia offices of Heidrick & Struggles. Both before and after her time at Heidrick, Joan spent nearly ten years in staff and management with two complex, tertiary healthcare organizations in the Southeast. Throughout her career, Joan has had a special passion for the not-for-profit sector.
Joan holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Georgia. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, the arts and the other amenities that Atlanta has to offer.
