Debby Byrnes (debby@boardwalkconsulting.com) brings BoardWalk clients over 20 years' experience in strategic search and identification of exceptional talent within local, national and international organizations. As consultant, director and board member for public, private and philanthropic organizations, Debby has developed a deep passion for uniting talented executives with compelling causes.
In addition to her contract research service to executive search firms, Debby has designed and implemented physician recruiting campaigns for a variety of healthcare systems throughout the Southeast.
Debby received a BS in Health Education from Appalachian State University, and she pursued post-graduate studies in Exercise Physiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was among the pioneers researching the effects of exercise as a preventive and rehabilitative treatment for cardiac patients. She has a passion for hospitality and bringing people together over the dinner table to discuss politics, culture and whatever is on their mind.
